INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup quick or rolled oats

  • 1~2 cups milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend raspberries, peaches, banana, oats, and 1 cup of milk in a blender. Add more milk to your desired thickness.
