What ages are your products suitable for?
*Please note that our age recommendations aren’t one-size-fits-all; they’re general guidelines. We get that kids reach milestones at their own pace (and that’s totally okay!)
Our 2-in-1 teether spoon is suitable for ages 3 months and up. You can introduce it to your baby as soon as they start developing a hand to mouth coordination. Definitely suitable when showing signs of teething. It can also be used as they begin the early stages of self-feeding.
Our utensils are suitable for ages 6 months and up. You can introduce our utensils to your little one as soon as they’re able to sit independently and are showing signs that they’re ready for solids.
Our toothbrush is suitable for ages 6 months to 4+ years. You can introduce it to your baby as soon as their first tooth comes in. We recommend helping your baby brush their teeth until they are ready to hold the brush without assistance. For little ones not quite ready for a real toothbrush, the stage one silicone finger brush included in our packaging will be the perfect introductory tool!
Are your products BPA and phthalate free?
Yes! All Grabease products are certified safe, and do not ever include BPA, PVC, phthalates, or lead. We meet all USA requirements (and beyond) to keep your little one safe.

My order is $50 and over. Will I get free shipping?
Free shipping applies to all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more, before taxes have been applied.
If you’ve used a promo code, please make sure that your order’s subtotal has been adjusted for the discount applied. It may be less than $40 after your discount has been applied.
If your order’s subtotal does reach the $50 minimum, please make sure that paid shipping has not been automatically selected. Free shipping will be an option in the drop down menu.
Can I stack promo codes?
Promo codes cannot be stacked, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Promo codes are one-time use, and one per customer only.
My promo code wasn’t applied at checkout. Can you apply it for me?
We’re unable to apply discounts after orders have been placed. In some cases we will be able to cancel your order so you’ll be able to place a new one with the promo code applied. Please email your order number and full name to email@example.com so we can access your order and cancel it before it’s shipped. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one promo code per order.
How can I change my order?
We are unable to modify the number of items in your order or modify the price of your order.
We can change the color of items as long as they are the same price and your order has not been shipped yet. Please email your order number and full name to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can access your order and update it before it ships.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view your order status using the USPS tracking number provided in your confirmation email. If you’re having issues with your tracking number, please email your order number and full name to email@example.com so we can access your order and look into it for you right away!
Why is my tracking number showing my order as “delivered” but I don’t know where my order is?
Sometimes, an order doesn’t arrive until a few days after the tracking number status shows as “delivered.” If you still believe your order to be lost or missing, please contact your local post office or file a claim with Route Shipping Insurance (if you purchased it). Grabease is not responsible for orders after they have been shipped.

When you choose to Pay later in 4 interest-free installments, Klarna may perform a soft credit check. This type of credit check will not impact your credit score.
Monthly financing applications will take credit score and credit history into consideration when determining if the application is approved.

When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, it generally takes about 1-2 business days for our fulfillment team to process and hand it off to USPS. From there, it generally takes about 3-6 business days for USPS to deliver. Once orders are handed off to USPS, Grabease is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. At the time of purchase, you can choose to include Route Shipping Insurance, which protects the customer in the event of lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Please note that orders may be delayed during holidays due to heavy influx of orders. Delivery times are an estimate, not a guarantee.
I entered the wrong shipping information. How can I change it?
Oh no! Email your order number and full name to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can get access your order and fix your shipping info before your order is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping information and are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address or orders lost due to address mistakes.
What is Route Shipping Insurance?
Route Shipping Insurance is offered during checkout for $0.98 USD for carts below $100, and 1% for carts greater than $100. Route covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can file a claim with Route and they will help you place a refund or replacement order.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. For sanitary reasons, we can not accept any used items (no, not even if it was used only once).
All issued refunds will be for the item’s purchase price only. Shipping charges will only be refunded if your product is defective. You will be notified once the returned item is received. Grabease reserves the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.
What should I do if I received a wrong or defective item or if my order is missing an item?
Oh no! If your order includes an incorrect, defective, or missing item, let us know so we can ship you a replacement.
Please email your order number, an image of what you have received, and full name to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can access your order. Please also include an image of the packing slip so we can verify how the error occurred. If the item received was wrong or defective, please also attach an image of the item.
