Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date. For sanitary reasons, we can not accept any used items (no, not even if it was used only once).
All issued refunds will be for the item’s purchase price only. Shipping charges will only be refunded if your product is defective. You will be notified once the returned item is received. Grabease reserves the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.
If your order includes an incorrect, defective, or missing item, let us know so we can ship you a replacement.
Please email your order number, an image of what you have received, and full name to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can access your order. Please also include an image of the packing slip so we can verify how the error occurred. If the item received was wrong or defective, please also attach an image of the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Discounts and Coupons
Coupons cannot be combined. Only one coupon can be used per order. We are unable to apply a discount coupon or modify the price you paid once an order is processed. Please ensure your coupon is applied before submitting your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know right away by sending an email to email@example.com. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been fulfilled and shipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages once they have been marked "delivered" by USPS. If USPS has delivered your package but you are unable to find it, please contact USPS to file a claim.
Please double check your address before submitting your order. Your order will be shipped to the address you input into the form. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address or orders lost due to address mistakes.If your address is incorrect and your items get returned to us, we will contact you via email to let you know. Customers are responsible for all reshipping costs.
