Overnight Carrot Cake Oats
Hassle-free, yummy, and on theme for an Easter morning breakfast! What more could you ask for? These overnight carrot cake oats are easy to prep the night before and make for a great filling breakfast.

Ingredients: 
1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of finely grated carrots
1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup of milk of choice 
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of finely grated walnuts
pinch of salt (optional)
unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
hemp hearts (optional)
mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together except for the optional ingredients. Scoop into jars with lid and refrigerate overnight. When about to serve, top with optional toppings and enjoy!
