INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • (optional) Handful spinach 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into @grabease convertible cup and enjoy!
