Blueberry Flax Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- (optional) Handful spinach
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into @grabease convertible cup and enjoy!
