Mini Oatmeal Yogurt Parfait Cups

What you will need:
🍓1 banana
🍓3/4 cup rolled oats
🍓1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🍓1/2 tsp of cinnamon
🍓diced strawberry and kiwi
🍓plain Greek yogurt
🍓chia seeds


🌲 Preheat oven to 350 F.

🌲Mash banana in a bowl and mix with the oats, vanilla and cinnamon.

🌲In a greased mini muffin tin, add a tsp of oats in each and smush it down so it makes a cup.

🌲Bake for 10 mins.

🌲Once cooled, scoop yogurt in each cup.

🌲Top with fruit and seeds! That’s it!

You can even bake the oatmeal cups the night before for easy prep!
