Ready for fall flavors? This [pasta with beans, butternut squash, and mushrooms] is cooked on one sheet pan (except pasta.) You can serve the ingredients separately or mixed together.

[Pasta with beans, butternut squash, and mushrooms]
✔️ 1 package butternut squash noodles or chopped butternut squash (about 11 oz)
✔️ 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
✔️ 4 garlic cloves, sliced
✔️ 8oz baby bella mushrooms
✔️ leaves from 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
✔️ 1 can (15.5oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
✔️ 3 tbsp olive oil
✔️ 0.5 lb macaroni type pasta, cooked
✔️ Parmesan cheese for topping
👉🏻 Preheat the oven to 450 F
👉🏻 Toss butternut squash with 1 tbsp olive oil.
👉🏻 Toss onion and garlic with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt, if desired.
👉🏻 Toss mushrooms and rosemary with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt, if desired.
👉🏻 Line a parchment paper on a large baking sheet for easy clean up. Place the veggies on the sheet as thin as possible. Bake for about 12 minutes.
🧡 Serve butternut squash, onion, mushrooms, white beans, and pasta separately. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
🧡 Or gently mix all ingredients together and top with Parmesan cheese.
