Avocado rice cake with hemp hearts. Sliced strawberries sprinkled with finely grated peanuts.
Sliced bananas with thinly spread peanut butter and chia seeds and brown rice crisps. Sliced mozzarella cheese string.
Crackers with strawberry cream cheese. Made with blended freeze dried strawberries. And then a slice of fresh strawberry on top. Also some thinly sliced cucumber.
Fruit Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen mango
1 cup of frozen peaches
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of unsweetened almond or oat milk
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp nut butter
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
