Corn Cheese Waffles

Makes 4 waffles

Ingredients 

2 eggs

1 cup frozen sweet corn

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk eggs.
2. Add sweet corn and cheese. Mix to combine.
3. Heat waffle iron to a medium-low setting. Scoop the batter onto the waffle iron, cover, and cook until steam dies down.
